1. Data we collect

Account info: email address (for magic link auth) and tenant configuration.

Knowledge base: text you upload, scraped from URLs you provide. Used only to power your chatbot.

Conversations: messages sent to your chatbot via the widget. Stored to provide service and analytics.

Technical: IP address, user agent, timestamps, usage counts.

2. How we use data

To provide and improve the service. Knowledge bases are tenant-isolated. We never use your data to train models.

3. Third parties

We use DeepSeek (LLM), Anthropic (vision LLM), Voyage AI (embeddings), Resend (email), and Cloudflare (captcha) as subprocessors.

4. Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. Email privacy@ReplyWit.app with any questions.
